- Helping to ensure the production runs smoothly by keeping information up to date and accurately communicated between the Production Coordinator, Production Manager, and all departments.
- Keeping all written information up to date—including documents, databases, schedules, and notes from production meetings and conference calls—and following up with actionable to-dos for the relevant people and departments.
- Assisting with supervision of the delivery schedule by reminding team members of upcoming tasks and ensuring everyone has the necessary materials, equipment, and resources.
- Taking on additional tasks as needed to help keep production running smoothly.
