- Assist in the smooth running of the post production process.
- Support the post production manager and department heads to maintain clear, up-to-date communication between departments and provide regular updates and reports.
- Aid in tracking the progress of post production work, including scheduled tasks, work in progress, and completed work across all departments.
- Ensure seamless workflow from one department to the next.
- Respond to issues as they arise and assist with problem-solving alongside the post production manager and department heads.
- Schedule and coordinate production and post production crew meetings and daily sessions.
- Follow up on action items from meetings, as relevant.
