  • Being in charge of all processes, procedures, and outputs for the the post production department.
  • Running day-to-day management of the post production crew and editors. This involves managing overall post production schedule and budget across all departments.
  • Supporting department managers to create and meet department budgets and schedules.
  • Communicating clearly and regularly with the producer, the head of post production and supervising CG supervisor and the creative team on the production status.
  • Finding and hiring post production staff and editors with department heads.
  • Mentoring post production management staff.
