MTU Applications Open for the BA in Hotel Management (National Trainee Manager Development Programme)
Munster Technological University (MTU) is now accepting direct applications for the BA in Hotel Management (National Trainee Manager Development Programme). Applications close on September 26th 2025, with a proposed start date in November.
This innovative programme enables students to earn a Level 7 Ordinary Degree in Management while gaining paid, hands-on experience in the hotel industry. It is ideally suited to young people already working part-time in hospitality, or those with a natural flair for customer service who are open to partnering with an employer to begin their educational journey.
Many current participants began their journey in part-time roles and are now advancing in rewarding hotel careers—earning while they learn in a supportive and familiar work environment.
