Gain the skills to design rooms that are not only functional and safe, but also captivating and inviting through studying 5M5054: Interior Design at Sligo College of Further Education. During this one year full time programme students will develop and understanding of the process of planning and implementing and interior design plan, and have the competency to take on projects with varying goals, such as residential and commercial.
Upon completing this course, students can create top-notch architectural drawings, plans, and diagrams to effectively communicate vital information about a building.
Learners receive instruction on the correlation between colours and light, exploring how low-intensity lighting can create a darker perception of colours.

- Leaving Certificate, Leaving Cert Applied or equivalent.
- Mature applicants are welcome
- Applicants will participate in an interview
- Applicants whose first language is not English will require a certain standard of English
