5M2069 – Food & Beverage Retail Sales at Whitehall College of Further Education is a one year full time course. Students will gain the skills to secure employment in the Food and Beverage Retail Sales sectors.
Learners will study Applied Economics, the application of economic theory to determine the outcomes associated with various courses of action in the real world. Students will be taught the basic principles of carrying out selling activities and the difference between marketing and selling. By the completion of the course students will understand the difference between being an internal and travelling sales person. Learners will also participate in a Work Experience placement.
