Griffith College Revamps Level 8 Business Degree with Future-Focused Specialisations and Flexible Blended Study Mode

Griffith College is proud to announce the revalidation of its Level 8 BA (Hons) in Business by QQI, now enhanced with cutting-edge subjects and flexible delivery options designed to meet the evolving needs of today’s business landscape. From 2025, students will graduate with a unique, future-ready skill set—making them highly competitive in the job market from day one.

If students opt for the flexible blended mode, lectures will be delivered online, complemented by a monthly in-person workshop on our Dublin campus. Examinations will take place at the student’s nearest test centre in Dublin, Cork, or Limerick. The course is also available in both part-time and full-time study modes.

This Level 8 honours degree offers a broad foundation across core business functions—finance, marketing, HR, management, and digital strategy—in Years 1 and 2. In Year 3, students can personalise their studies by selecting from a wide range of specialised electives such as:

For the first time, this programme is also available in a flexible blended study mode, combining primarily online learning with one on-campus Saturday class per month at Griffith College’s Cork campus.
