Creative Futures Academy + Kilkenny Arts Office Bursaries
Kilkenny Arts Office has joined forces with Creative Futures Academy (CFA) once again to offer bursaries to Kilkenny based artists seeking to gain new qualifications and skills to expand their practice. The bursaries range from €500 to a maximum of €750. Kilkenny based artists must be a resident of Kilkenny for over 2 years.
The CFA offers a range of flexible, short, part and full-time postgraduate courses at NCAD, UCD and IADT. The Arts Office and CFA share a focus in developing the skills and capacity of the arts, creative and cultural sector.

–Professional Certificate in Art and EcologyNCAD, 20 Jun – 20 July 2025
– Certificate in Writing Television Drama IADT, 10 Sep 2025 – 12 Nov 2025
–Certificate in Electronics for Creatives IADT, 16 Sep 2025- 27 Nov 2025
–Certificate in Radio + Podcast Production IADT, 18 Sep 2025- 20 Nov 2025
–Professional Certificate in Creative DiversityNCAD, 10 Oct 2025 – 30 Jan 2026
–Certificate in Strategic Development for Creative Professionals IADT, 29 Oct 2025- 27 Mar 2026
