From MTU’s Bishopstown Campus to the Best Chef in Ireland!

At Restaurant Association of Ireland’s awards earlier this year Aishling Moore was crowned the Best Chef in Ireland! This follows on from her success being awarded McKenna’s Guides Chef of the Year, The Examiner’s 100 Women of 2023 and being awarded a prestigious Bib Gourmand for her restaurant Goldie in Cork. Aishling completed the Higher Certificate in Arts in Culinary Studies followed by the Bachelor of Business in Culinary Arts at MTU’s Bishopstown Campus and her success at such a young age is an inspiration to the current students on these courses. Aishling has recently published her own cook book “Whole Catch”.
