This advanced course equips graduates with the comprehensive skill set required to excel as professional personal trainers within the sports and fitness industry. The curriculum covers core technical competencies, including advanced fitness testing, specialist programme design, sports nutrition application, and the effective delivery of personal training sessions. To maximize earning potential and meet direct employer demands, the program also integrates critical customer service and sales training. Supported by extensive practical experience in the college gym, a dedicated work experience module, and additional certifications in Studio Cycling, Suspension Training, and Kettlebell instruction, students develop the confidence and qualifications necessary to enter the workforce successfully.
