The BA (Hons) Inclusive Education Practice prepares students for a career supporting children and young people with additional needs in inclusive education settings.
With blended delivery, the degree is structured to fit around work, placement, and personal commitments. Learning is grounded in real education practice, with modules exploring child development, inclusive approaches, behaviour, safeguarding, reflective practice, and the wider role of education support.
A strong practical focus runs throughout the programme. Each year includes 100 hours of placement, giving students the opportunity to apply theory in early years, primary, post-primary, special education, or related support settings.
The degree encourages students to look beyond behaviour alone and consider the social, emotional, developmental, and environmental factors that shape how children learn and participate.
