The Sales Apprenticeship is a 2-year Level 6 programme targeting existing employees and new hires who want to commence, develop, and/or upskill their career in sales. The Apprenticeship combines classroom, online, and on-the job learning. This award-winning programme is an “earn and learn” model, designed to empower the apprentice with underpinning knowledge, skills and competencies required to excel as a sales specialist. It is open to a wide range of employers, across all industry sectors, both large and small firms, on a national basis.

Enterprising people like situations that involve using resources for personal or corporate economic gain. Such people may have an opportunistic frame of mind, and are drawn to commerce, trade and making deals. Some pursue sales and marketing occupations. Career Progression
On completion of this two-year apprenticeship, you will become a fully qualified sales specialist, with a QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate in Sales.
You may then choose to work as a sales specialist in a broad range of industries from pharmaceuticals, communications, entertainment, financial services, motor, agriculture and more. You may also use the qualification to progress within the sector and/or to higher education programmes.
