As a graduate of the BSc (Hons) HRM degree, you may take up a position in a variety of roles with the HR function in public, private sectors (including manufacturing and service organisations) and not for profit sectors. These roles include personnel, recruitment, training, employee relations and business improvement. Additionally, the skills and expertise of HR professionals are in demand within the fields of managerial consultancy and employment law. You might also proceed to a more general management career in business or in the public sector, or go on to postgraduate study in HRM.
