The overall aim of this one-year programme is to introduce the learner to the areas of software, database and web development. This course serves as an excellent springboard to a qualification and a career in the IT sector. Learners will gain a recognised professional qualification, and practical training in software development, software testing, web design, problem solving, teamworking and database design. This Level 5 course gives learners an excellent grounding in computer programming.
