This innovative one-year course is designed to prepare school leavers, adult learners returning to the workforce, and international students for rewarding administrative and support careers within the Irish healthcare sector. The curriculum equips participants with a professionally recognized set of skills tailored for employment in acute hospitals, community health centers, clinics, nursing homes, general practices, and psychiatric hospitals, as well as administrative roles within the Health Service Executive (HSE). Upon graduation, students can directly enter the health service workforce with a competitive advantage or choose to continue their education through third-level progression routes.
