This one-year course provides students with an understanding of how the property market functions. By the end of the year, students will be equipped with key Auctioneering and Estate Agency skills and will develop an understanding of economics, law, marketing and valuation among other skills. Modules on this course will allow you to gain a base knowledge within the property sector allowing for progression towards further studies and gaining a licence enabling you to work as an Auctioneer/Estate Agent.
