This course is designed for those with a business flair who want to apply their knowledge into the field of human behaviour in the workplace. Any successful business depends on relationships and management of people. Workforces differ greatly in culture and style and this course allows examination of working styles and work group dynamics and how they affect productivity. Problem solving skills will be emphasised with a view to addressing and solving conflicts while applying psychological principles.
