Entry Requirements

Applicants must have demonstrable experience in the field of software engineering and/or software development, and

A minimum Second-Class Honours (2.2) in Computing from a recognised third level institution, or equivalent qualification in a cognate discipline, or

A minimum Second-Class Honours (2.2) Higher Diploma in Science in Computing (or equivalent) NFQ Level 8 award.

Course Delivery
Part-time Online
Total duration of 24 Months (5 Semesters): Semesters 1 and 2 will be delivered online 2 evenings per week between 6 pm and 9 pm. In Semesters 3, 4 and 5 students will complete their research project.

Full-time Online
Total duration of 12 Months (3 Semesters): Semester 1 will be delivered online 4 days per week between 12 pm and 3pm. In Semesters 2 and 3 students will complete their research projects.
