Applicants should have a minimum of two years’ post-graduation working experience, along with a primary degree in business, science, engineering or social science.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
Applicants who do not meet the formal academic entry requirement may be considered if they have a minimum of five years’ work experience. Such candidates will be interviewed to ascertain the relevance of their work experience for the programme.

Enterprising

Enterprising people like situations that involve using resources for personal or corporate economic gain. Social

The Social person's interests focus on interacting with the people in their environment. In all cases, the Social person enjoys the personal contact with other people in preference to the impersonal dealings with things, data and ideas found in other groups.

Many will seek out positions where there is direct contact with the public in some advisory role, whether a receptionist or a counsellor. Social people are motivated by an interest in different types of people and like diversity in their work environments. - There is a need for organisations to understand the impact that sustainability will have on their supply chain, how to gain a competitive advantage and how to understand the regulatory and governance requirements.

- Companies are constantly being asked now by their larger corporate clients to demonstrate how they are integrating sustainability into their strategy and what plans and targets they have in place to reach Net Zero, implement the Climate Action Plan etc.

- SMEs will lose out on competitive bids if they are not demonstrating sustainability in their operations and supply chain.

- A high level of EU funding is available for companies to advance their sustainability strategies.
