In this workshop we looked at how students with disabilities can enhance their college experience and build invaluable employability skills for their future. Caoimhe Cronin, AHEAD’s Student Engagement Officer and Alice Hartigan, WAM Project Officer speak about their experience working in a Student Union, as class representatives and their work in clubs and societies. They discuss the skills that they developed by participating in these activities and how these skills contributed to their own employment journeys.
