This short course aims to develop the student’s knowledge about where food comes from, how to plan a menu and to purchase food and drink in a variety of settings. They will also learn about healthy food and drink in order to help them make more informed choices around what they eat and drink.

This Junior Cycle short course in Food, Glorious Food focuses on developing the students' thought process and practical skills in relation to what they eat and drink. There are FOUR strands- Nutrition, Where does food come from? Eating in and Dining out.
