Many will eventually end up owning their own business, or in management roles in larger organisations. They tend to be very goal-oriented and work best when focused on a target. Adam Nolan joined An Garda Síochána in 2008 and is part of the community police team in Bray Garda Station, Co. Wicklow. Adam is an avid boxer and one of his biggest achievements to date is representing Ireland in the Olympic Games.
