The aim of this one year full time course is to enable the learner to acquire knowledge, skills and competencies in payroll, accounts, office administration and medical secretary roles.

The purpose of this full time/part time course is to enable the learner to develop the relevant knowledge skill and competence to use a range of skills and tools, under direction and with limited autonomy, in familiar situations.

This one-year course equips students with essential administrative and reception skills, such as text production and information management, for careers in legal, medical, or commercial offices. In addition to preparing graduates for immediate employment, the program provides a solid foundation for progressing to Level 6 business courses or pursuing degree programs at technological universities.
