The purpose of this course is to equip the learner with the knowledge, skill and competence in the practices and principles underpinning the role of a Personal Trainer and Sports Coach to enable the learner to work effectively within a Fitness Centre, a Gym or with Sporting Organisations.

It will allow students to assist in the delivery of safe and appropriate exercise programmes for the wider population. Students will gain experience in a broad range of sports and fitness components.
