Quantity Surveyors advise on procurement, tendering, contractual management, dispute resolution, sustainability, life cycle costing, bank monitoring and delivering projects within budget. 

The profession of quantity surveying is at the forefront of construction economics and management. This honours degree programme has been developed in partnership with industry and is unique in providing a 12 month work placement for students in year 3 of the programme. The placement programme called the ‘Active Learning Year’ is organised by TUS and its industry partners.

This course will prepare you for a career in the construction industry – whether you want to work as a quantity surveyor and economic advisor or manager or as building development co-ordinator and manager.

This short and practical micro-credential course will examine the broadcast landscape in Ireland, and explore ways to create ground-breaking radio and podcasts that resonate.

Learners will listen to, and create multiple examples of audio content in a variety of styles for both live and online contexts.

Learners will also analyse radio journalism as a discipline, and evaluate contemporary audiences and how to reach them.

Classes take place one evening per week online with a few Saturdays on campus in the National Film School audio lab and radio studio.

This accelerated Radiography training course has been developed to allow graduates from a wide variety of academic backgrounds to study with us. The content of this programme has been developed with respect to national requirements for radiography training as published by CORU, the Health and Social Care Professions Regulator, and by the Irish Institute of Radiography and Radiation Therapy (IIRT). As such, the programme supports robust learning of the underpinning core sciences and facilitates knowledge and skills development across the spectrum of radiographic and imaging techniques.
