he BSc (Hons) in Sports Coaching provides students (aspiring coaches) with advanced coaching techniques, styles, and education through a variety of sports (e.g. team, individual, outdoor pursuit), including inclusivity and disabilities. To ensure competitive career preparation, the program includes a specialized three-week block placement for hands-on work experience within a gym or leisure center setting.

Supported by extensive practical experience in the college gym, a dedicated work experience module, and additional certifications in Studio Cycling, Suspension Training, and Kettlebell instruction, students develop the confidence and qualifications necessary to enter the workforce successfully.

This one year course provides students with the opportunity to pursue further studies in Sports Injuries and Physical Therapy. The majority of students successfully completing this course progress onto Third Level Degree Programmes.
