This Computer Support Technician, Level 5 course is designed to equip learners with essential skills and knowledge in computer systems, hardware and software maintenance, networking, virtualisation, and programming. A computer system engineer combines knowledge of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis to develop, test, and evaluate software for personal computers and more. During the course students will build PCs and troubleshoot hardware issues. They install, optimise and troubleshoot both the Windows and Linux Operating Systems, and setup Local Area Networks.
