This course will teach students the fundamentals of creating and managing an event, spanning from the beginning of planning to post-event analysis. Students will be involved in planning and organising events including working on client briefs, carrying out risk assessments, designing presentations and producing reports. With their expertise in event management and marketing, they will learn how to elevate brands, connect communities, and shape memorable moments that drive business success. 

Event Management is a growing and exciting industry worldwide. This innovative course is designed to develop the skills to participate in and to coordinate an event from inception to completion. The course has a very practical focus where students gain hands-on experience in event management.

This course qualifies you as a Fitness Professional with a strong portfolio of specialisms which include  Advanced Personal Training and Strength & Conditioning for Athletes and Teams. This four year honours degree in Exercise & Health Fitness Management provides you with a broad introduction to a career in the fitness industry. In the first year, you will study a curriculum to qualify as a Fitness Instructor/Gym Instructor.

This is an additional one year course designed to prepare students for a career in sports coaching, the sports and leisure industry or to provide a pathway to further study.

This is a one-year, intensive full-time programme that aims to develop skills and knowledge necessary to pursue a career in the leisure and fitness industry with a focus on coaching. This course is designed to provide students with the opportunity to further develop the range of skills completed at level 5 for a career in the fitness and leisure industry as well as providing learners with the expertise to work on a one-to-one basis as an advanced Personal Trainer OR Sports Massage Therapist.

Exercise Sciences (Common Entry) is an exciting new four year degree path for those wishing to pursue a programme of study in the area of exercise science but who also wish to graduate in a specialist field. It is for students interested in Exercise Science as a broad career, but who are unsure about their specific areas of interest or career plan.

Successful completion of the first two years of the common entry programme in Exercise Science is required in order to progress onto one of the specialist Level 8 exit award pathways.
