For applicants who already know what area of business they would like to study, they can choose from Business TU902 (BUS), Business with IT TU022 (BIT) or International Business TU902 (INB).

Applicants who are unsure what area of Business is best for them can choose General Entry TU902 (GEN).

The BA (Hons) in Business (Management) is designed to provide a solid foundation for success in a business career. The BA (Hons) Business Management (Project Management) degree programme incorporates a balanced mix of specialised business management modules, aimed at students who, whilst wishing to study for a general business management degree, choose to focus especially on project management throughout the duration of their studies. The programme deals comprehensively with modern business management concepts whilst exploring the social, organisational, behavioural, and systems issues of project management and the provision of a framework for managing projects.

This practical one-year business accounting course is designed to provide an excellent foundation for learners wishing to progress to Business Degree Programmes at Third Level. This course will allow the learner to build skills in accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, marketing, communications and information technology. This course also provide learners with the knowledge and core business skills to enter employment directly.

There are many employment options after doing this course - working in an office environment both in large and smaller companies where business core skills prevail.

The subjects are designed to enhance and improve entry to third level university, as these subjects provide an introduction to Business degrees. This Award is also an accepted qualification for Business Apprenticeships e.g. Insurance, Financial Services.

The Statistics module is accepted in many universities in lieu of Leaving Cert Maths.

This flexible course will equip the student with a wide range of Business, Computer and Digital Skills, which are much sought after in the modern workplace.

Students will get the opportunity to use applications from Microsoft Office Suite, Internet, Social Media platforms, Marketing, Email and payroll software such as SAGE. These additional digital skills will greatly enhance the students job prospects or progression onto further education.
