All students who are accepted onto our ESOL level 6 course will study English intensively every week.  Students on this course will also study Communications and Personal Professional Development which are basically additional English language modules where you will learn how to express yourself well in writing and speaking. You will also learn advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

This dynamic and exciting advanced Business and HR Management course has been designed to provide you with the expertise to recruit, train, develop, lead, and manage staff; key skills for all individuals wishing to work and progress to managerial and senior positions in small, medium and large organisations. Through this course you will learn that as a HR professional you can specialise in different areas including, employee relations, industrial relations, recruitment, and learning development, equality, compensation and benefits as well as HR generalist roles.

This three year honours degree provides students with the skills to identify business challenges, find technological solutions, manage technology projects and analyse business data. Businesses today are finding it difficult to see how they can use the opportunities presented by digital technologies to transform their business. We have designed this programme to equip graduates with the skills to help support and lead a business through this digital transformation.

This course is highly intensive and is open to Post Leaving Certificate Students and Mature Students.

Combining studies within the core business disciplines, with the benefits of practical experience gained through the work placement element of this course, you will be provided with an opportunity to consolidate and apply business skills within a business setting. This will offer you a distinct advantage in securing graduate employment.

As an honours business graduate, you can expect to obtain employment at the appropriate level across a wide range of business areas, including management, administration, accounting, banking, retail management, finance, marketing, human resource management, insurance, and computing/ information technology. 

This three-year degree programme will prepare you for a successful business career. Areas you can specialise in include: accounting, banking, insurance, marketing, management, administration, retail services and computing.

This course equips you with the applied skills and knowledge needed to pursue a career in business, thus ensuring you will have a wide range of career options. In the first two years you will explore the fundamentals of business and from Year 3, you can specialise in an area of interest.

This course aims to provide a broad business education. Students applying under CR 021 share a common Year 1. They will not be required to choose their preferred specialisation until the start of Year 2. Specialisms offered are Accounting, Business and Marketing.
