Tourism with Business is a 1 year Level 5 course that combines key Tourism, Business and ICT components. On completion, learners are equipped with skills that will benefit those seeking employment in the Tourism industry, looking to start your own business or hoping to progress to further or higher education.

This programme offers students the ideal combination of subjects to enable them to acquire the knowledge, skills and competence to gain direct entry into the work place in a tourism or business related role, to progress to MBC Level 6 programmes or for progression to suitable CAO courses further afield. The Tourism with Business programme boasts a high rate of Distinction grades, allowing graduates to explore 1000+ university/college option.

This one-year full time course specialising in Tourism and Travel Services, equips the learner with the vocational skills and knowledge who wish to pursue a career in the exciting Travel, Tourism, Leisure and Hospitality Industries world-wide. Tourism in Ireland currently provides 1-in-10 jobs. Learners acquire both the practical and theoretical aspects of travel, tourism, leisure and hospitality. The Certificate in Training and Development twelve week programme provides participants with the tools to identify training needs and design, plan, deliver and evaluate quality and engaging training.

The course is aimed at qualified practitioners who wish to pursue a career as a trainer. The course is aimed at individuals already involved in designing and delivering training as part of a project; and team leaders, supervisors and managers required to plan, deliver and/or evaluate training in their workplace.

The QQI Level 6 Training Delivery and Evaluation course is designed to equip learners with the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to effectively deliver and evaluate training sessions. This course is ideal for those who are currently working as trainers or those aspiring to enter the field of training and development.

Trauma informed therapy is a way of working with clients that recognises how traumatic experiences can impact on all domains of being across human development, including behavioural, physical, mental, emotional, spiritual.

The objective in training in Trauma Informed Practices is to understand what trauma is, and what it is not. The purpose of the IICP College Trauma Informed module is to support learners in increasing their understanding of trauma through theoretical knowledge, practice based experiential exercises, and group work.
