It will enable you to immerse yourself within the yoga practice while broadening your skill set with complementary and holistic therapeutic approaches and a firm grounding in anatomy and physiology.

The course will cover key elements of actor training including Voice, Movement and Improvisation. As well as stage acting the training will also include an introduction to screen acting.

The training will also introduce participants to classical and contemporary play texts, using both scenes and monologues to hone your craft, improve sight reading and how to break down a script into its component parts. This course aims to provide young actors with a taste of drama school training at conservatoire level whilst offering a broad foundational understanding of acting techniques.
