The BSc Actuarial Science and Risk Management programme has been designed by qualified actuaries to enable students to develop the theoretical and practical skills required to pursue a career as an actuary in the pensions and insurance sectors, or in the wider financial industry.

In addition, students may gain up to six exemptions from the initial technical professional exams required to qualify as an actuary via our accreditation agreement with the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.

The MAcc Advanced Accounting with Placement is an integrated undergraduate programme that combines undergraduate and Masters-level study in one four-year course.

This course meets the needs of students who wish to develop a portfolio of valuable skills, for example: Architectural Drawing, CAD2D and 3D, Architectural Model Making and Design. The overall aim of the Advanced Art & Design programme is to provide the student with the opportunity to acquire the knowledge, skills and competence to work independently in a fine art/design context or to progress to higher education and training. This course is designed for those who want to develop a professional practice in the visual arts.

Students will complete case studies on guest clients for each module, performing treatments such as body massage and figure analysis, microdermabrasion, IPL, radiofrequency, microneedling and learning correct use of body electrical machines.

This Advanced Certificate in Business Management and Accounting course is designed to equip learners with a portfolio of skills required in the financing, planning, marketing & management of a small business whilst also providing the necessary entry requirements for entry to Third level. Business Management students may have the opportunity to apply for a three-week Erasmus+ Placement during the academic year where they may work in a European business organisation. This is a full-time one-year course and runs from September to May.
