This comprises of assessment skills, posture analysis, fundamental massage movements, specialised massage techniques and exercise rehabilitation. The strength and conditioning module familiarises learners with exercise prescription specifically to improve athletic and sports performance.  Strength and Conditioning comprises of the entire development of the athlete and what is needed to develop physical performance. This includes plyometrics, speed and agility, endurance and core stability with strength training being just one component.
