The BSc Genetics will teach you to understand how genes work in individuals and populations, and how this genetic information is passed from one generation to the next. Our Genetics programme places particular emphasis on the molecular basis of genetics, and our graduates will obtain a strong foundation in modern genetics.

By studying on this programme, you can come to understand the genetic basis for life and how this information can be used to investigate, diagnose and treat diseases. Sociology

Within the Modern Languages programme you study two modern European languages to degree level. It is the most intensive exposure to languages and cultures that Trinity College has to offer. You can choose between French, German, Irish, Italian, Russian and Spanish. Apart from French and Irish all languages can be studied from both advanced and beginners level.
