This course aims to provide students with the skills and knowledge required to embark on a career in marketing. It may also provide a foundation for more advanced studies in marketing. Designed to foster entrepreneurial and technical skills, the program utilizes a mainly project-based assessment model where students gain hands-on experience by developing marketing plans for real-life brands. Learners benefit from small class sizes and have the unique option to study a modern language (French or Spanish) to enhance their global employability.

The aim of this one year full time course is to provide the learner with the opportunity to acquire the knowledge, skills and competence to work in a marketing and/or business environment. It provides an introduction to the principle elements of marketing skills and practices.

The programme also includes related study areas such as economics, behavioural studies, business skills and communications, to provide a firm foundation for the learner. Extra supports are also available, where necessary, with literacy, numeracy, IT, career guidance and counselling.

In this two-year course, you’ll gain the practical skills and knowledge required at junior executive level and be ready for further study. Subjects include marketing, behavioral science, business finance, communications, information technology, business and society, sales management, web design, marketing practice, management accounting, marketing communications.

The BA (Hons) in Marketing & Digital Media is a four year degree course, which prepares students for employment in marketing in the digital age. The first two semesters consist of general marketing and business subjects and then students study the specific marketing, advertising & media subjects from semesters 3-8.

This practical one-year business marketing course is designed to provide an excellent foundation for learners wishing to progress to Level 7/8 Business Degree Programmes at 3rd Level. This course will allow the learner to build skills in marketing, web design and communications. This course also provide learners with the core business skills required to entry the workplace

NCI’s BA (Honours) in Marketing Practice is a practical, hands-on degree that covers all the core marketing subjects such as brand management, consumer behaviour, digital marketing and entrepreneurship.

The final year concludes with an exciting capstone project, where you will work in teams developing real live business plans and platforms, where you will be expected to source products, develop marketing, communications and branding strategies in order to bring your ideas potential marketisation.
