Students will study and practise manicure treatments, pedicure treatments, eyelash extensions , brow lamination, BIAB nails, eyelash Lift, e-filing, spray tanning, nail extension systems (gel, acrylic, fiberglass, overlays), nail art, GelX, body massage & figure analysis, anatomy and physiology and product knowledge/cosmetic science. 

This course is designed for those who wish to pursue a career in a commercial retail and treatment setting such as large department stores that house specialist nail bars. It provides the learner with the highest level of practical and theoretical skills.

Upon completion, successful learners will have achieved an ITEC diploma and certificate, which are highly recognised International Qualifications. These much sought after qualifications will facilitate them to pursue a professional career as a nail technician both at home and internationally.

The Nail technology with Beauty Therapy course will be delivered through blended learning, as this will enhance the learner’s involvement, participation and understanding of the modules as it will provide the learners with a richer learning environment with the addition of flexibility to observe industry standard practice while on work experience. Course work will consist of a combination of onsite & online learning.

The Commis Chef Apprenticeship is a prestigious, state-recognized pathway designed for individuals aiming to become professional chefs. This two-year structured program utilizes a "dual-learning" model, alternating between intensive off-the-job training in a specialized college or center and practical, work-based experience. In the classroom, apprentices master the essential theory, food science, and culinary fundamentals. These skills are then honed and perfected to a professional standard in a live kitchen environment, where apprentices work under the mentorship of qualified, experienced chefs in SOLAS-approved establishments.

This apprenticeship programme is designed to ensure that the apprentice receives training, both on and off the job, which is formally regulated and of a consistent standard nationally.

The duration of the National Hairdressing Apprenticeship will be a minimum of three years with training consisting of 80% on-the-job education and training with the employer and 20% off-the-job training with Crumlin College on a day release basis.

The Hairdressing Apprenticeship is a practical route into a career in hairdressing where you will earn while you learn. Apprentices undergo training while working four days a week with their employer and attending college one day a week. Apprentices will be supported in the workplace by an approved Mentor and in the college by their teacher. Apprentices will graduate after three years as a fully qualified Hairdresser with a QQI Level 6 award on the National Framework of Qualifications.

The course structure is a blend of on-the-job training (80%) in full time employment, and one day a week off-the-job training (20%) with FET College Dhúlaigh,where we provide the necessary skills, techniques, and theory to assist them to become a fully qualified Hairdresser, as well as the confidence to do so.

This apprenticeship programme has been designed by a consortia of sales industry leaders in collaboration with ETB Colleges. It is a 2 year ‘earn and learn’ model and is strongly grounded in practical ‘on-the-job’ work based learning supported by ‘off-the-job’ learning in face to face workshops and an online learning environment. The apprenticeship will develop the skills required to deliver committed, adaptable and ambitious employees into the sales sector while working in a full time position

This two-year Level 6 Sales Apprenticeship utilizes an "earn and learn" model to develop high-performing sales specialists.This structure ensures that participants master the essential competencies—from lead generation and negotiation to relationship management—needed to excel in a competitive commercial landscape.

On completion of this two-year apprenticeship, you will become a fully qualified sales specialist, with a QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate in Sales.

The QQI level 6 National Tour Guide programme is a Special Purpose Award designed to prepare students for a professional career in tour guiding in Ireland. Delivered through a combination of online evening webinars, in-person weekend workshops, and familiarisation trips, the programme develops the practical knowledge, professional skills, and confidence required to guide both national and international visitors.

The National Tour Guide Training programme at Dublinia will provide participants with the skills, knowledge and competencies to deliver and manage a comprehensive tour management and guiding service for tourists visiting and travelling in Ireland. The programme is relevant, practical and responsive to industry needs.

There are three modules: Irish Tour Guiding, Irish Natural Heritage & Culture and National Tour Management. Each module carries 15 credits.

The aim of this course is to enable the students to acquire the relevant knowledge, skill and competence to provide guiding and tour management services for tourists visiting and travelling in Ireland. Upon successful completion of this course, graduates will be provided with Tour Guiding Badges and will be registered on the directory of qualified tour guides with Fáilte Ireland.
