The Healthcare Service Skills course offers training for those seeking a role in care support, porter services and maintenance in hospitals and healthcare services, in Dublin and neighbouring counties.

This innovative course aims to build on existing knowledge and skills with a view to developing your existing role or to prepare you to work in a supervisory capacity or as a senior healthcare worker.

This Healthcare Support course equips the student with the practical knowledge and skills required to support and assist people in their daily lives. This one year course is to enable the learner to acquire the knowledge, skill and competence to work under supervision in providing support in a variety of Healthcare settings or to progress to further and or higher education and training.
