This course enhances the leaner’s knowledge as a Personal Trainer to include advanced nutrition, periodisation and advanced training techniques and programme design for special population. The strength and conditioning module familiarises learners with exercise prescription specifically to improve athletic and sports performance.  Strength and Conditioning comprises of the entire development of the athlete and what is needed to develop physical performance. This includes plyometrics, speed and agility, endurance and core stability with strength training being just one component.

This course is suited to those who wish to specialise in chemistry for the pharmaceutical and biomedical industries. Pharmaceutical Chemistry is a very important branch of Chemistry that is applied to the synthesis and formulation of new therapeutic drugs as well as the manufacture of medicinal compounds on a large scale.

In this programme you will receive an excellent education in chemistry (physical chemistry, organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry), and have the opportunity to specialise in pharmaceutical chemistry, medicinal chemistry and bioinorganic chemistry.

It allows students to develop a range of skills, covering scientific, engineering, regulatory and quality issues, as well as delivering excellent communication skills. Modules are based around the core pharmaceutical sciences, but with emphasis also placed on modern technology and advances within the sector.
