This Level 7 Bachelor Degree Add-On programme develops students in the field of culinary arts. Students will acquire the critical thinking and applied skills necessary to succeed in various chef roles, culinary businesses, food enterprise development, and/or food innovation management.

The QQI Level 6 Advanced Course at FET College Íde Finglas is a premier program designed for those ready to elevate their culinary expertise. This structure ensures that theoretical knowledge is immediately reinforced by real-world application in a professional kitchen environment.

This is a one year course ideally suited to the practically oriented student. On completion of this course, students sit QQI Examinations. Successful candidates will go on to further training in DIT or ITs. Students may also seek direct entry to the Catering Industry. Work experience forms an integral part of the course.
