This degree uses a software engineering approach to games development, combining study of the technical aspects of games programming, including virtual reality, augmented reality and artificial intelligence, with the principles of project management, quality assurance and organisational management.  While focused on developing games software, we also provide a general grounding in software engineering to equip students with the breadth of skills to work in any aspect of the information technology industry.

This new dynamic course aims to provide students with the knowledge, creative skills and technological competences necessary for a career in the food and/or culinary sector. The course is designed to reinforce and enhance the student’s knowledge of scientific principles, processes and technologies through the study of food. will focus on a new food product development, entrepreneurship, and introduction to sensory and consumer science. The final years of study will focus on the acquisition of scientific skills in food science, sensory and flavor science.

General nursing is a discipline of nursing practice that involves caring for people with acute and long-term conditions in hospital and community settings.  Registered General Nurses (RGNs) work collaboratively and in partnership with patients, their families/carers, the wider community, and other health professionals in providing proactive, evidence-based quality holistic care.The BSc Nursing (General) programme is designed to provide students with the understanding, knowledge, skills and attitudes required to deliver compassionate care that is responsive to the needs of individuals within evolving healthcare settings.

While undertaking this programme, you will learn the skills to provide nursing care in a variety of settings. It emphasises the importance of working with other professions and planning individualised nursing care in partnership with patients.
