You will gain a dual-competency approach, mastering the fundamental logic of manual payroll calculations—including PAYE, PRSI, and USC—before transitioning to industry-standard payroll software. The course covers the full payroll cycle, from processing new starters and leavers to managing Year End procedures and Revenue reporting

This module is a comprehensive training program designed to master the dual pillars of modern financial administration. You will begin by learning the fundamental mechanics of manual payroll, developing a deep understanding of how to calculate gross pay, statutory deductions—such as PAYE, PRSI, and USC—and voluntary deductions.
