This course is designed to develop your knowledge, confidence and skills to progress and pursue a career as a yoga teacher and a complementary therapist. It will enable you to immerse yourself within the yoga practice while broadening your skill set with complementary and holistic therapeutic approaches and a firm grounding in anatomy and physiology.

The course will cover key elements of actor training including Voice, Movement and Improvisation. As well as stage acting the training will also include an introduction to screen acting.

The training will also introduce participants to classical and contemporary play texts, using both scenes and monologues to hone your craft, improve sight reading and how to break down a script into its component parts. This course aims to provide young actors with a taste of drama school training at conservatoire level whilst offering a broad foundational understanding of acting techniques.

This programme has been designed to provide students with the essential practical and theoretical skills of youth work practice, the role of the youth worker and an insight into challenges facing our communities.

The aim of this programme is to prepare students to engage successfully in Youth Work and Community Development practice in an increasingly complex world. The programme will equip students with the knowledge, values, and skills necessary to assess and address a wide variety of challenges, using the best available evidence to guide practice and support communities meaningfully.

It will afford the learner opportunities to enhance their confidence and ability to develop the skills to reach their full potential as well as to further develop their interpersonal, team working, problem solving and time management skills, as appropriate, so that the learner is enabled to take responsibility for his/her own learning and to support progression including future participation in education and employment.
