This new dynamic course aims to provide students with the knowledge, creative skills and technological competences necessary for a career in the food and/or culinary sector. The course is designed to reinforce and enhance the student’s knowledge of scientific principles, processes and technologies through the study of food. will focus on a new food product development, entrepreneurship, and introduction to sensory and consumer science. The final years of study will focus on the acquisition of scientific skills in food science, sensory and flavor science.

Three year degree combining scientific principles with the theoretical and practical aspects of food. Graduates will develop the skills necessary for an exciting career in food research and development and/or the culinary sector. The Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Culinary and Gastronomic Sciences aims to provide the student with the knowledge, creative skills and technological competences necessary for a career in the food and/or culinary sector. General nurses work as part of a multidisciplinary team in promoting and maintaining health of individuals, families and communities and in systematically caring for those who develop health problems and supporting them to live their lives to their maximum potential.

While undertaking this programme, you will learn the skills to provide nursing care in a variety of settings.
