During the course, you’ll explore AI applications in chemistry using large datasets, powerful computing architectures and advanced learning algorithms. As you develop your understanding of how to apply AI techniques and technologies, you’ll also learn from industry partners, who take an active role throughout the course.

On the Chemistry courses you will build a deep understanding of chemical principles, from molecular structure and reaction mechanisms to analytical and practical laboratory skills, giving you a solid foundation in both theoretical and experimental chemistry. You will also gain transferrable problem-solving, quantitative and research skills that are valuable for careers in science, industry, education, or further studies.

The Advanced Childhood Early Learning & Care course seeks to extend students knowledge in theoretical approaches and provides learners with the skills needed to work as a room leader/supervisor in a childcare setting.

This one-year course concentrates on developing students knowledge and practical skills in the art of cinematography and provides an opportunity to work with experienced teachers to kick-start a career in filmmaking and learn valuable skills needed to enter into the film industry.

Students will acquire practical skills in film camera operations with an emphasis placed on the roles and functions of the camera. These skills will be evidenced through practical projects using high end SONY digital cameras. The productions will ensure the acquisition of other important cinematography skills including lighting, digital editing, and scriptwriting. Students will also learn the art of traditional darkroom black and white portrait photography.

This 4-week blended course will equip industry professionals (textile and apparel designers, buyers, brands, manufacturers) with the most essential knowledge on the latest circular solutions, innovations, certifications and regulations, as well as the skillset and network needed to practically apply this know-how to your own business and design practice.

The course includes practical and academic areas and gives learners a chance to develop skills and knowledge and to experience the day-to-day procedures related to working in barbering.

You will study and practice all areas of barbering including consulting, hair and scalp analysis, shampooing and conditioning the hair and scalp, styling and finishing techniques, cutting techniques which include classic and creative cuts, clipper work, fading and chemical services.

Civil engineering deals with one of the most visible signs of change and progress around us: the construction of new buildings, structures and infrastructure. New roads, rail-links, bridges and airports are always needed. New buildings are required for the public and private sectors and older buildings are redeveloped. Civil engineers are required to plan, design, construct and maintain these facilities.

This course helps students identify and build their skills in problem solving, design and management. Students manage and design projects of all scales as individuals and as part of teams, on topics such as Hydrology, Structural Analysis, Geotechnical and CAD. Sustainability, renewable energy, and environmental engineering are integral parts of this course.

Civil Engineering is concerned with the planning, design, construction and maintenance of the built environment. It encompasses minor and major structures, ranging from drainage systems, houses, commercial buildings, roads and bridges to multi-story buildings and water and wastewater treatment facilities. The work of civil engineers is most visible in the structures in which we live and work.

Civil engineering is all about the assessment, planning, design, construction, operation and maintenance of the different types of infrastructural works that society needs, from roads and rail systems to bridges, harbours, airports, energy and utility services, and water supply schemes.#

It is a broad discipline which also includes structural and environmental engineering. Environmental engineers apply engineering principles to improve the quality of our environment and work towards the creation of healthy water, air and land resources.
