You will study a range of modules from Marine Biology research at home and abroad (e.g. Spain or Portugal) to Environmental Management and Biodiversity / Conservation. Graduates learn about the relevant ecological processes and gain an understanding of how they should be managed in a responsible and beneficial manner and the legal framework which seeks to protect them from undue exploitation.

On this course, you will learn how to apply scientific principles in order to understand and enhance sport and exercise performance, health and well-being. Public Health Nutrition focuses on the promotion of good health through nutrition and the primary prevention of nutrition-related illness in the population. he BSc (Hons) in Sports Coaching provides students (aspiring coaches) with advanced coaching techniques, styles, and education through a variety of sports (e.g. team, individual, outdoor pursuit), including inclusivity and disabilities. This multidisciplinary programme will ensure students learn effective coaching techniques and have a scientific understanding of anatomy, physiology, sport psychology, fundamentals of movement, talent development, and the ability to analyse and critique technique. All these skills will be learnt through a variety of different coaching environments.

This programme focuses on the practical application of chemistry and includes Medicinal Chemistry, Forensic Analysis, Quality Management, Pharmaceutical Science, and Analytical Techniques. Students learn how new medicines are discovered and how to ensure that they are safe and of high quality.
