Our Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Sports & Exercise with degree award options: Performance and Wellbeing or Physical Education, is a four year programme that combines your passion for sports with a successful career progress through the course.

The Bachelor of Business with degree award options: Accounting or Management or Marketing with Online Technologies is designed to enable students to study business and explore specialisms as they progress through their degree.

The Higher Certificate in Early Childhood Care, Health & Education is a two-year course that equips graduates with the necessary competencies to work in a supervisory position with young children and their families. It is an invigorating and exciting career path with opportunity to gain employment as a lead Early Childhood Educator. The Higher Certificate programme is delivered with theory lectures, practical work, and group tutorial classes, adopting a spiral curriculum approach. Our Higher Certificate in Science in Pharmacy Technician is a two-year course that enables you to gain professional, managerial and technical knowledge to pursue a career in either hospital or retail pharmacies. A dental nurse works as part of a dental team in a variety of clinical and non-clinical settings. In Ireland Dental Nurses are mainly employed in General Dental Surgeries, Dental Hospitals, Health Service Executive Dental Clinics or Specialist Surgeries.

Health Science with Occupational Therapy Studies is the study of the human body with particular focus on Anatomy and Physiology and provides a foundation to Occupational Therapy studies. This two year Health Science with Occupational Therapy Studies incorporates year one of the three year BSc Honours in Occupational Therapy at Coventry University (CU). 

Health Science with Physiotherapy Studies is the study of the human body with particular focus on Anatomy and Physiology and provides a foundation to Physiotherapy studies. Through a unique progression opportunity, this programme allows students to progress to complete a BSc Honours in Physiotherapy at Coventry University.

The Accounting Technician Apprenticeship is a two-year, work-based learning programme which leads to a Level 6 QQI Advanced Certificate in Accounting.

Places are awarded via a competitive interview process, where applicants who meet the minimum eligibility criteria (see below) are put forward to participating employers for consideration. If you are successful at interview stage, your new employer will issue you with a two-year contract and you start your apprenticeship.

This course is aimed at students who are interested in pursuing a career in Accounting Finance. Learners are taught key accounting concepts, principles of accounting and the knowledge and skills required to understand personal and business taxation regulations. They will gain an understanding of core business functionsin management, marketing and law. Learners are schooled in the modern accounting practices, which qualifies them as professional Accounting Technicians.

This course equips participants with the skills and knowledge to work in the Accountancy or Financial Services sector. Places are awarded via a competitive interview process, where applicants who meet the Enhanced Eligibility Criteria (see below) are put forward to participating employers for consideration. If you are successful at interview stage, your new employer will issue you with a two-year contract and you start your apprenticeship in September of each year.

You will work four days a week in an office environment, and study one day a week at Rathmines College.
