This dynamic and exciting advanced Business and HR Management course has been designed to provide you with the expertise to recruit, train, develop, lead, and manage staff; key skills for all individuals wishing to work and progress to managerial and senior positions in small, medium and large organisations. Through this course you will learn that as a HR professional you can specialise in different areas including, employee relations, industrial relations, recruitment, and learning development, equality, compensation and benefits as well as HR generalist roles.

This three year honours degree provides students with the skills to identify business challenges, find technological solutions, manage technology projects and analyse business data. This course is highly intensive and is open to Post Leaving Certificate Students and Mature Students.
