Help to shape the way towns and cities develop by balancing the competing demands placed on land by housing, business, transport and leisure, and making sure plans meet the economic and social needs of the community.

Works on the production of high-quality translations for language specialists, writers and localisation.

Delivers employment support in the Intreo & DEASP funded services to short term and long term job seekers.  Offers pathways to progress from job seekes payment to education, training, and employment opportunities.  

Responsible for promoting the Irish language internally and for overseeing the provision of the organisation’s services through the medium of Irish.

Encourages the personal and social development of young people through their voluntary participation.

Translates a broad range of political, legal, financial, scientific and technical texts in the different EU Institutions.

Provides information, directions, and other assistance to visitors in a gallery or museum, and makes sure rules are followed.
