- Microsoft Dream Space: If you are aged 12-21, you can independently complete Dream Space Digital Academy pathways which include an introduction to web design and programming with Python. Please note: if you are under 18, a parent is required to register you for this content.
- Microsoft Learn is a family of skill-building offerings that brings together all Microsoft technical content, learning tools, and resources. It contains not only the technical documentation that underpins Microsoft products and services but also all related content, like training material, curricula for Microsoft Certifications and exams, and much more. - Microsoft Skill Up Ireland website: This website showcases the various ways you can skill up, in particular in the new ever important area of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Aspire Programme
The Aspire Programme is designed for top-performing graduates across a diverse range of disciplines. Designed for top-performing graduates, the Aspire Programme provides invaluable experience, giving successful candidates the opportunity to work on real projects that have real impact. Software Engineering

Programme Management

Graduate Digital Sales
Work in a fast-paced, collaborative, dynamic environment - On the Digital Sales Team you’ll be part of a diverse group, where everyone’s voice matters. You’ll work with Sales Development Specialists, Technical Solution Professionals, and Account Executives to manage opportunities through the sales cycle. You’ll also learn the skills that enable you to stay on top of your goals and objectives, and regularly present action plans and results to management.
You’ll accurately deliver Cloud solutions sales and usage to your customers. And we’ll support and invest in you to be your best – through peer-to-peer learning guidance and a comprehensive training and development plan.
You’ll use social, digital, video, chat, phone and demonstration environments to effectively engage with Microsoft customers and partners.

Microsoft Ireland does not have a specific work experience programme. Instead, since 2018 it has invested 8 million euro in Dream Space to support schools and the youth work system with STEM education and skilling on the island of Ireland.
Through it’s free Dream Space programming, students including those in Transition Year are given the exposure to the types of jobs in Microsoft and allowed to practically apply them some of the skills involved through a range of activities and mediums.
